- We do not use cookies to record user-specific information on what pages users access or visit.

- We collect the domain name and e-mail address (where possible) of visitors to our Web page, the e-mail addresses of those who
communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, and information volunteered by
the consumer such as address.

Payment  / Sales Tax Policy
1)  U.S. orders:   We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.   All charges will appear on your statement under
our name of "Large Lighting".   
2)  International orders:   Payment by wire transfer only (USD).
3)  Terms  
a.)  In-stock fixtures:   Full payment with order.
b.)  All other fixtures:   50% deposit with order (non-refundable for fixtures noted as 'Customizable' on website);  Balance prior
to shipment (applied to credit card used for deposit - unless previously instructed otherwise).
4 )  Sales tax:  LargeLighting.com only collects sales tax on orders shipped to or within California and North Carolina.   We do not
charge sales tax on any orders shipped to other states.

Shipping  / Delivery Policy
1)  FREE SHIPPING in the U.S. (except AK,HI, or international).
2)  Shipments are FULLY INSURED & will arrive by common carrier.  
3)  Delivery
a.)  In-stock fixtures:  Approx 2 weeks (excluding holidays) depending upon where fixture is shipping to.
b.)  All other fixtures:  Delivery time will vary - please ask your Customer Service Representative for current production and
delivery time.
c.)  Please call us if you need a fixture(s) expedited.
4)   Fixture(s) may be disassembled for shipping.
5)   Lightbulbs are not included.
6)   We will e-mail the online tracking information upon shipment.

Important notes for your protection:
a.)   Shipment is FULLY INSURED and will arrive by common carrier.   In the rare situation of freight damage, fixture(s) will be
repaired or replaced FREE OF CHARGE provided the following is followed (otherwise a claim CANNOT be made and customer is
responsible for purchasing a new fixture(s)).   At delivery, PRIOR to signing off, if there is any obvious damage to the carton(s) that
appears to possibly have damaged the fixture inside - please NOTE IT in detail on the sign-off sheet,  REJECT the shipment, and
notify us IMMEDIATELY.  If there is no obvious damage to the carton(s), please sign "subject to inspection" and inspect
IMMEDIATELY.   Please notify LargeLighting.com AND the freight carrier IMMEDIATELY if there is any freight damage discovered
to the fixture(s) inside the carton(s).   Save all damaged units/packaging material AND take photos of packaging & damaged units.
b.)  Due to freight carrier policies - inside deliveries are NOT included and will incur an additional fee (depending upon the freight
carrier).  Please tell us at order placement if an inside delivery is required (inside deliveries cannot be requested AFTER
shipment).
c.)  The customer's licensed electrician is required to follow the manufacturer's installation instructions during installation and to
contact LargeLighting.com IMMEDIATELY if there are any questions and/or problems during installation.  LargeLighting.com and
its manufacturers are NOT responsible for fixtures installed improperly or by an unlicensed electrician.
d.)  LargeLighting.com and its manufacturers are NOT responsible for customer reimbursement of electrician and/or installation
charges for any reason.
e.)  Signature will be required at delivery.
f.)   Fixture(s) may be disassembled for shipping / Light bulbs are not included.

Return / Exchange / Cancellation / Order Change Policy
1)   In order to keep our prices among the lowest on the Internet and due to the unusually large size of our products - we ship most
orders directly to you from our 20+ manufacturers.   Because of this - we must abide by their return policies.
a.)  
Fixtures NOT noted as 'Customizable' on website:   Returns or exchanges, will incur a 25% manufacturer’s re-stocking
fee  plus freight back to the manufacturer.  Before fixture(s) can be returned, an authorization number must be requested
from LargeLighting.com.  The fixture(s) must be shipped in the original packaging and in original condition and
ABSOLUTELY no return requests are allowed 5 days after the fixture(s) are delivered
OR if the fixture(s) were already
installed.   Note:  Order cancellations or order changes
prior to shipment may also incur the 25% manufacturer re-stocking
fee depending upon the order status in the shipment process.
b.)  
Fixtures noted as 'Customizable' on website:   All sales are final (no cancellations, changes, refunds, or returns).

Warranty / Installation Policy (all our products are UL rated or MET rated)
1)  Since 1996, we only sell the highest quality fixtures from the finest manufacturers in the world.  As such, all fixtures are covered
by their manufacturers warranty.  Since warranties vary by manufacturer - please contact our Customer Service Department at
1-800-650-1480 for any specific product warranty questions.
2)  The customer's licensed electrician is required to follow the manufacturer's installation instructions during installation and to
contact LargeLighting.com IMMEDIATELY if there are any questions and/or problems during installation.  LargeLighting.com and
its manufacturers are NOT responsible for fixtures installed improperly or by an unlicensed electrician.
3)  LargeLighting.com and its manufacturers are NOT responsible for customer reimbursement of electrician and/or installation
charges for any reason.
4)  In the extremely rare situation you find the fixture to be defective (not caused by freight damage), please contact LargeLighting.
com at 1-800-650-1480 for immediate resolution.
5)  If the fixture(s) arrives damaged - refer to the "Shipping Policy" section above.
